Oh. Great. Really great. One moment she's hanging out with Vess, the other, Cass is finding herself screaming and kicking as something pulls her towards the sky and then onto ... you guessed it ... an unidentified spacecraft (spacecrap, she might think, too).

"Oh for fuck's sake," she swears as she finds herself on a ship again, finding her heartbeat accelerating as she recalls the events from her first kidnapping - why did she have to get kidnapped again?! At least, however, she actively knows when this all happens. It isn't simply here and there ... Even if being aware of the kidnapping doesn't really help. "Vess, are you okay? Where are we ..." It looks like a storage room, Cass thinks.

It's only a shame Vespa has never done research into this kinda thing, or she might have had some (bad) (probably wrong) (very likely made-up) facts about it to offer as they are pulled towards the sky, onto something that she can only identify as a bad dream, for they are neither high nor drunk. Thankfully, they do not find themselves bound and tied up, but there is still some forlorn feeling about this whole thing ... brr.[break]

"Vess?" Cass then shouts out, concerned that her friend might not have ended up at the same spot as her - but gladly, her voice still comes from ... somewhere. Oh. That's ... not good. "I think you're trapped in a crate, let me ..." She fumbles for her pokéballs - GLADLY they are with her - and takes out her Heracross. "Tiana, can you Megahorn that crate?" she asks. The pokémon, still full from the last meal, nods with a peaceful look on her face, and carefully opens it ... just to have a tablet be there.

"What." Cass reaches for it, and the moment she touches it, a screen goes up. And there, she can see ... the face of her bestie, lighted up by various screens. "Where the heck did you end up at. Can you see stuff?!" she swears, taking in a deep breath. "You're still physical, right?"

Panic overcomes the young student like a foreign mass in her body, something she fights against dearly, and yet can't push out of her system quite as determinedly, so it comes and goes in waves, in frantic movements as she listens to the dulled-out voice of her best friend saying this, going there, doing that. She braces for an impact that never quite comes from the Heracross' Megahorn, only ... to be fed with new information.[break]

"Oh Arceus, they trapped me in a simulation-!" Vespa shrieks out, panic fully taking over as she still can't see - when the blindfold on her eyes moves a notch, catching her off-guard in a moment of, oh. Hastily, she removes the blindfold on her face when she sees the many monitors in front of her, revealing a map of sort and multiple mechanisms that seem ... destructive. Useful, though. Probably? Where the heck are they even? She sadly does not have any cameras or monitors of the specific rooms, as it seems, however, so she isn't even able to catch a glimpse of their alien captors.[break]

"Yeah, I can see ... like a map, some systems, do you - uhm, move around a bit, maybe? Can you see a door? Approach it?" she then tries to sort her mind as her eyes wander over the many things that are going on at the same time. But first, she needs to know ... of the many glowing dots, does Cassandra have one, too?

"I swear to goddamn Arceus if they put us in a video game thing ..." Cass hisses at the newest information reveal from Vess, before taking a deep breath and nodding. "Alright. Yeah, let's see ... I do see a door." After calming down, she does perceive more of her surroundings and eventually also sees the kind of obvious exit out of here.

She grabs the tablet that shows her Vess' face, taking it with her. "I'm opening the door now," she announces, carefully open the door - surprisingly silently. Behind, there's ... she can see pokémon moving. Immediately, she wants to slam the door shut again, but somehow ... "... I don't think these pokémon can really see me - kinda seems like they're just staring ahead."

She slams her forehead against the tablet. "It's really a video game simulation kind of thing, right ... are we doing some RKS again?"

Vespa is unable to make a statement on the video game thing because she is too preoccupied with removing the blindfold, once realising that she isn't actually in a dark room, but just ... yea, blindfolded. There goes suspense ..., she thinks to herself, but such thoughts are also quite fruitless in the grand scheme, no? Uh ... better focus on how to get out now.[break]

Closely observing the maps in front of her, she thinks she is able to make out the dot showing her best friend ... at least it's the only one that just stands in front of the door and does nothing else. "Okay, I gotchu on my map ... let's see ... uhh ... wait, the Pokémon aren't on my map ... maybe they aren't important? Wanna make a dash for it? There is no other dot around if you take the - uh - left turn. I need to figure out this map, wait ..."[break]

Swiftly, she pats her pockets for - a-ha! There it goes, her trusted sharpie is revealed to the (alien) world and she has no qualms about dragging the felt tip down the map in order to see where the exit should be. "Honestly, I have no clue, but the best we can do is figure things out here, I guess," Vespa only sighs. This isn't the first strange occurrence of the month, truth be told, and there is still some intrigue left in there ...

Cass nods, then realises that Vess probably can't see that. "Okay, I gotchu. I'll make a deadsprint and turn left then - keep telling me where to go," she asks, steeling herself for the future ordeal. It's truly ... unsurprising, actually, in how many siutations one can end up at in Hoenn within a very short timeframe.

"Guess we'll engage the usual plan," she adds, smiling briefly. At least they're here together, so how bad could things be, really? She recalls all of her pokémon, and even Jon, back into their pokéballs as she readies herself to sprint ...

And as soon as the door opens, she notices she's not alone.

And perhaps, as soon as the door opens, a change would also become visible on Vess' map, as if a fog of war has been lifted.

Oh gods.

Instinct kicks in for Cass, as she bolts through the various pokémon, making sure to dodge as much as she could as she just tries to get the hell out of there. It definitely feels like back then again, but at least ... the ship doesn't feel particularly megalopolan.

"SO THERE WERE POKÉMON HERE UH WHERE TO NEXT?!" she asks-shouts, giving up subtlety as she already is chased by some (thankfully slower) pokémon. She takes the intended left turn, but finds herself in another hallway, but ... a crossroads is already coming up.

There is a smirk appearing on the young student's face upon the mention of the 'usual' plan, with an asterisks and a couple quotation marks. Is there truly something like an usual plan that saves them from the brink of death every time? Heck no, but there is no use in contemplating and mulling over things like that, either, so the best they can do is what they can do. And then, they do it.[break]

"Uh - uh-oh" leaves Vespa's lips however, before she can say much else, as Cassandra is already storming down the hallway, a myriad of Pokémon swarming in, or something like this, as so many differently-coloured dots appear and swarm in, clocking in on the possibly-to-them-alien presence. "RUN! Run, run, run - runrunrunrun, uh - left, again!" she babbles forth after a moment of shock, seeing how the sharpie-lined way is leading, "then a sharp right, and just - bolt for it until I say otherwise!" As it seems, slowly, everything is lifting its fog a little, with numerous dangerous-looking dots blinking all over the place. It feels a little like a monster-house kind of situation, but surely, they will be fine ...? But also ... "Okay, so it's Pokémon, tho? Or like, anything alien alien?"

"ALIEN POKÉMON I SUPPOSE!" Cass shouts mid-sprint as she just books it for her life, having run even faster than ever before. Hell, her Toxic Chained Boosted Self hasn't run that fast, nor when she's really had to escape her siblings or friends to avoid some playful hits. But still, something about this feels ... it feels like she's moving lighter than usual. Is this an effect of her surroundings, too?

"I NEVER THOUGHT CLEFABLE COULD LOOK SO SCARYYYYY!!" she adds another scream because fuck stealth as she continues bolting, and then tears open a door that Vess declares to her. And there. "Oh my god, Vess," she breathes out in relief and exhaustion, half-falling against her friend, in person. "Thank goodness."

However, there's still an angry mob behind them- She slams the door shut again, takes a look around. "I think there's another door, I saw it briefly when the light's got in ..." And she can hear the pokémon beyond the door attacking the door to open it.

Nodding along to Cassandra's overly loud screams, she almost feels like she can even hear it ... but it's surely just some reverberating something, an echo of the audio in this room, right? But. Huh. Truly Alien Pokémon then, whatever it means. She wouldn't know, there are only dots on her map after all ... Damn, it almost makes her want to see about going out herself, but that sounds like a bad idea and she doesn't even think she can get away from here any time soon. "They can be-" she manages to say amidst the yellings, and from checking the map that is in front of her.[break]

Until - until. Oh. Vespa hasn't even noticed that she has led her best friend towards herself, but that probably makes sense since there has been another dot in that vicinity. However ... the exit should also be - does that mean-? But, catching the other with a grin, she pats her on the back with a "there, there, we can do anything together, not?" Even suddenly stumbling over aliens and getting the heck away, too. She doesn't quite want to think about the implications of why she was dropped so close to the exit and all, only relishing in the fact that the aliens seemingly have been stupid enough to do so to separate them.[break]

"Yeah, according to the map-" she turns around to point at the tool that helped her, only to see that it vanished, blinking red now instead. "Uh - oh." Okay. But there are still the sharpie marks and if she can puzzle things together just quickly enough - but, thankfully, she does not have to engage her panicked brain as suddenly, a door bursts open, revealing a dishevelled-looking Misdreavus (how does a ghost look dishevelled? She would like to know, too), flying right into Vespa, too, not unlike Cassandra did before. "Wowsies, here you are! Did you find the exit off this place?" Circling around the two friends, the Misdreavus seems to express agreement as she pushes them towards the door she just broke in. Turning to Cassandra, the young student grins, "aye ... let's get the show on the road!"
